Only a suggestion; every day can be rearranged with the concierge.
Arrival and sleep
Check-in at 15:00, a light dinner at The Lotus Table and an early night.
Spa day
Group class in the morning; the Zayana Signature Ritual in the afternoon, a good use of the €250 credit.
Excursion
Outside with a guide: lake, bay or river, depending on the property. The concierge books it.
Health Lab
Body-composition and metabolic screening (45 min), then a conversation about the results.
Rest
Nothing planned. Pool, sauna, a book; lunch at The Lotus Table.
Dinner at the signature restaurant
The Velvet Dining Room, Sapphire Bistro & Lounge or Grandeur Grill — with a wine or alcohol-free pairing.
