Zurich–Azure €890 one-way, Paphos–Aurora €140, Guilin–Atlantis €95. Larger vehicles for families.
Private aviation and helicopters
Handling at Samedan, Paphos and Guilin; landing pads at all three properties.
Personal wellbeing coordinator
Included on Vitality Blueprint and above, otherwise €350 per stay.
In-suite treatments
Any treatment from the spa menu in your suite, +€60 per treatment.
Private spa hours
Private spa suite €220 per hour; the whole spa after 21:00 from €1,900 per hour.
Privacy floor or wing
A whole floor or wing from €9,500 per night at Aurora Bliss Hotel.
Arabic-speaking butler
Included in villas, otherwise €280 per day.
Childcare
From €28 per hour, 4-hour minimum; the Little Lotus club for ages 4–12 at Aurora Bliss and Atlantis Haven.
Medical concierge
Appointments with partner clinics in Zurich, Limassol and Guangzhou; nothing is shared without your consent.

Questionnaire
A short questionnaire: who is coming, what you like to eat, what you want to do and what to avoid.
A call
A half-hour call with your concierge; a draft plan follows the same day.
Tomorrow's plan in your room
One page: times, places, what to bring. Anything can be changed until 21:00.
Departure and follow-up
Transfer, invoice by e-mail, and a short note a week later: what worked and what to do next time.

Practical questions
How far ahead do I book?
Experiences 48 hours ahead, the helicopter 7 days ahead. During a stay, just tell the concierge.
What if the weather cancels it?
A weather cancellation means a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
Can children join?
The minimum age is noted on each experience. For families we arrange a private version at a gentler pace.
Can outside guests book experiences?
Only with a spa day pass (€190 incl. lunch) or a restaurant reservation.
