Accessibility statement
A site and houses for everyone – and an honest list of what does not work yet.

Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and our houses. The site is designed to WCAG 2.2 level AA and we test it continuously – with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at 200 % zoom and on a 320 px screen.
What is in place
- A “Skip to content” link as the first element, one top-level heading per page and no skipped heading levels.
- A visible gold focus ring; everything, including the mobile menu, works with a keyboard.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5 : 1; for small text the brand gold is used only in its darker shade.
- Forms have labels, hints and error messages in words; required fields are marked.
- The home-page video can be paused and does not start at all when reduced motion is on; animations respect that setting.
- The Arabic version reads right to left, while numbers and phone numbers stay left to right.
- Tables have captions and headers; images have alternative text in all three languages.
Known limitations
- Some photographs are interim and their descriptions may not match the final images exactly.
- The booking form calculates the price with JavaScript; without it no total is shown, but the request can still be sent.
- The site header is technically part of the page's main content, a consequence of the content platform used.
Accessibility at our houses
Step-free rooms with roll-in showers: Azure Skies 4, Aurora Bliss 6, Atlantis Haven 3. Pool hoists at Aurora Bliss and Atlantis Haven, visual fire alarms and braille lift buttons. Assistance dogs are welcome at every house. Please tell us your needs when you book – we will prepare the room and the programme.
