White terraces step down to a private 400 m bay where turtles nest in spring. The water in the thalasso pool comes from the sea, warmed to 33 °C. Children are welcome at any age and have a club of their own; adults have a quiet pool and an evening spa to themselves. Winter is 17 °C and programme season; summer is above thirty, with long evenings on the Sapphire terrace.

Questions guests ask
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights; three in July and August; four for programmes.
Is it adults-only?
No. Children are welcome at any age. Adults have a quiet pool and, from 19:00, the spa to themselves, all year round.
Halal and alcohol?
The whole kitchen is certified halal. Alcohol is served, but never by default: it does not appear on the table unless asked for. The Sapphire Lounge terrace and part of Sea Salt Bar are alcohol-free.
Women-only spa?
Daily 09:00–11:00 the whole spa is women-only, with female therapists. Outside those hours a private spa suite can be booked (€220 an hour).
Ramadan?
Suhoor and iftar times are honoured at Sapphire and by in-room dining; there is a prayer room by the lobby and the Qibla is marked in every room.
What is the sea like in winter?
The sea is 17–19 °C and the air around 17 °C. The thalasso pool is heated to 33 °C all year, and winter is the main programme season.
