Booking terms

Demonstration site. Zayana Hospitality a.s. is a fictional company and this site demonstrates the CMS v4 content platform. The forms send nothing and the site stores no personal data. The text below shows how the terms would read for a real hotel group.

1. Parties

Your accommodation contract is with the operating company of the house where you stay; reservations are handled by Zayana Hospitality a.s., Lotosová 1, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.

2. Request and confirmation

Sending a request does not create a contract. The contract is formed by our e-mail confirmation stating the price, terms and deposit, and by receipt of the deposit.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Local taxes (CHF 4.50 per person per night in Switzerland) are stated in the confirmation. “From” prices apply to the lowest room category on the dates in question.

4. Deposits and payment

The deposit is 30 % of the price for rooms and 50 % for programmes, payable within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is paid at departure.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation charges are set out in the table below. Early departure from a programme is not refunded; unused treatments can be converted into a gift card.

6. Changes and no-shows

We change dates free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability. For a no-show we charge 100 % of the first night and cancel the rest of the stay under clause 5.

7. Children and minimum ages

Aurora Bliss and Atlantis Haven welcome children of all ages, Azure Skies from age 12. The spa and the Health Lab are open from age 16, the Longevity Path programme from 18.

8. Medical fitness

Before a programme you complete a health questionnaire. The physician may adapt or decline the programme; in that case the programme deposit is refunded in full.

9. Force majeure

If circumstances beyond your and our control make the stay impossible, we offer new dates or refund the amounts paid.

10. House rules

Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. Smoking is not permitted anywhere. Drones may not be flown over the grounds.

11. Zayana Circle and gift cards

Nights count only for direct bookings. Gift cards are valid for 36 months, cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used at every house.

12. Governing law

The contract is governed by Czech law. This does not affect your consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. Consumer disputes can be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
