What Circle is
Zayana Circle is our recognition programme. Joining is free, benefits come with numbers, and there is nothing to redeem through points. Nights add up across all three properties over a rolling 24-month window; only direct bookings count.
The four tiers
Tiers are earned with nights, not fees, and held for 12 months after qualifying.
Circle
5 % off rooms, spa and dining from the first night. A member desk and the newsletter.
Sapphire
10 % off, a €100 spa credit per stay, a room upgrade and earlier check-in on availability.
Emerald
15 % off, a €200 credit, a guaranteed upgrade when booked 30 days ahead, a one-way airport transfer and a named Circle concierge.
Ruby
20 % off, a €400 credit, return transfers, an annual Vitality Blueprint diagnostics day and first access to Al Hajar in 2027.

How it works
How nights count
Every directly booked night, room or programme, at any of the three properties, over a rolling 24-month window.
When tiers renew
A tier is held for 12 months after qualifying. Without re-qualifying you move down one tier, never to zero.
What “on availability” means
We tell you at booking, not at arrival. If a benefit cannot be given, it says so in your confirmation.
Privacy of your data
We keep your name, contact details and stay history. Health Lab data never enters the programme.

Questions, answered
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Joining and every tier are free; tiers are earned with nights, not fees.
Do nights booked with a travel advisor count?
Yes, if the advisor books directly through our partners desk (partners@zayana.example).
Do programme nights count?
Yes. Nights on Zayana Reset, Vitality Blueprint and every other programme count exactly like room nights.
Can family members use the benefits?
From Emerald we issue one partner card with the same benefits.
Can I lose a tier?
After 12 months without re-qualifying you move down one tier, never to zero. We warn you a month ahead.
Does the discount apply to offers?
The 5 % Circle discount stacks on every offer. The higher Sapphire, Emerald and Ruby discounts do not stack on offers; whichever is better applies.
Is there a corporate membership?
Corporate membership is arranged individually — write to circle@zayana.example.
How is my data handled?
We keep your name, contact details, language and stay history as described in the privacy notice. Data is deleted on request; Health Lab data never enters the programme.
