Gift card questions
When do they expire?
Gift cards 36 months, experience vouchers 12 months from purchase.
Are refunds possible?
An unused card is refundable within 14 days of purchase.
Can the recipient choose the dates?
Yes. Cards and vouchers are open-dated; the recipient books through reservations or the concierge whenever they like.
Can I use a card for a programme?
Yes, as full or part payment for any programme, stay, treatment or dinner.
