Meridián s.r.o. is a fictional company and this site is a demo. What follows describes what would apply if the company existed — and exactly what the site really does.

What this site actually processes
This demo site stores no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and embeds nothing from third parties. The only thing that may be stored is your choice in the privacy bar, and that goes to your browser's localStorage, never to a server.
What a live site would process
- Contact form enquiry
- Name, e-mail and message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you. Retention: 12 months.
- Order
- Billing details. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation. Retention: 10 years under Czech accounting law.
- Server logs
- IP address and user agent for 30 days, for security.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7.
Transfers outside the EU
The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. A live deployment would rely on standard contractual clauses; this demo holds no personal data.
