We roast small batches in Brno every Thursday. We buy green coffee straight from the co-operatives and publish what we paid for every lot.

Why Meridián

Three things we have stuck to since day one.

  • Roasted fresh

    We roast on Thursday and ship on Friday. The bag carries a roast date, not a best-before date.

  • Bought direct

    We visit the farms ourselves. Every coffee lists the co-operative and the price we paid.

  • Returnable packaging

    We buy bags back for 15 CZK. Coffee reaches the café in crates, with no single-use packaging.
